Every dog that comes to our rescue gets their own brand new collar, and it's time for us to stock up on collars. We need about 150 collars. Canis Gear has very good quality martingale collars (they make it much harder for a foster to back out of a collar and get loose) for only about $4.50 per collar, sold in 10 packs.
